About Me

This photo was taken at 6am after a cold, sleepless night at the foot of a rocky peak.

I'm Chris

I'm an experienced Product Designer working remotely from Orem, UT.

With 15+ years of experience, I’ve worn a lot of hats. I’ve led teams, designed seamless digital experiences, and helped businesses turn clunky interfaces into user-friendly gold. At Entrata, I boosted prospect conversions by 65%, managed 12,000+ websites, and championed accessibility. At CirclePix, I built scalable design systems and aligned digital strategies with business goals.

I’ve worked on front-end websites, back-end SaaS UX, and corporate branding, collaborating with executives and dev teams to make sure everything clicks. I’ve even dabbled in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enough to know how they work together.

At the core, I love problem-solving, refining workflows, and crafting intuitive, delightful designs. Whether it’s designing products or tackling the next big challenge, I love creating experiences that work—and having fun along the way.

This is the process I follow for every project to create thoughtful, effective designs!

From pixel to perfect, every project deserves a well-crafted approach. Each step is driven by creativity, user needs, and smart problem-solving. It’s all about designing effective experiences that are both highly functional and truly delightful!

Beyond the screen- what I like to do when I'm not working.

I'm a glutton for punishment. I engage in a variety of challenges that often result in a night of uplifting stories you can laugh at around a campfire.

I love canyoneering in the desert, rappelling down waterfalls, rock climbing, mountain biking, skiing, camping, and hiking with my dog. Basically, if it involves the outdoors, I’m in.

I also have a competitive side, whether it’s playing basketball, working out, or watching the NBA. Off the court, I’m a huge Batman fan, a cinephile, and a self-proclaimed (but totally proud) nerd. I also love keeping myself busy at home. I'm often found knee-deep in a home renovation project, turning outdated spaces into something awesome.

From designing digital experiences to tackling real-world challenges, I love staying creative, active, and always up for the next big project!
